What does 'ATS' mean???

This may be a 'dumb' question, but I keep hearing the acronym 'ATS' on these forums. What does this mean? Please let me know if you can. I thank you in advance...

it means " accross the street " meaning it has something to do with whats going on at the other web site ( eg: pcgs collectors universe ). say something posted about something thats posted what ever it is. anymore inpus is surely welcome

There is quite a bit of good information ATS, but the velocity of posts is also very high and there seems to be more trolling or nasty behavior at times ATS. I post on both sites as do many others on this board.
