Hi collectors, I have a question that i would like to know, how dose NGC tell if a coin has been cleaned and what method is used to detect coins that were cleaned. Thanks Don

One of my mentors taught me to look for hairlines. Either all over (dipped) or in a certain area (spot cleaned) I have always gone by this.
