Turnaround times?

Thank you for your question.

 

The turnaround times are meant as a guideline and are more averages than exact. Various factors, particularly whether NGC graded on-site at a show, can affect turnaround times by about a week. Holidays also affect turnaround times, but we did work on Presidents Day so that would count as a business day.
