This is a coin that deserves a split grade. The front is no better than Good 4, but on the other hand the backside is close to Very Fine 20. The front looks damaged to me, so you would be lucky to get VG8 money for it.

I'd say VG details, severely damaged.

 

I'd pay about $30 for it, tops.

I'm with James. Even though this is a tough type coin, it has extensive damage on the obverse. I'd probably give $30 so I could put it in a starter type set for one of my boys, but that's about it.
