Star Attribution Question

If I submit an already NGC graded coin in for star attribution, do I take a risk in the coin not getting back into a problem free holder?

 

I am specifically asking about the following coin:

If you submit a coin in an NGC holder for a ReGrade it is fully covered under our guarantee. In other words, if the grade of the coin is not raised, it will be sent back to you at the same grade it was received.
