Request for help identifying a coin

Last week i was in a market and i bought the following coin.

 

I´ve been looking since on the internet to identify the coin, but I couldn´t find another replica.

 

Personally i think it is a coin of Caracalla 188-217 a.d.

 

Could someone help me to verify if this is correct and if the coin is authentic.

 

The following symbols are described on the coin:

Also the coin is in a good state, which makes me doubt if the coin is really that old.
