Nowhere. I wouldn't consider $1800 close to melt.

I'm sure that lots of scammers and counterfeiters could fill such an order. Otherwise, you are probably out of luck.

 

Why buy those, as opposed to bullion coins or higher grade non-bullion gold coins? I don't know why they would perform noticeably differently than gold bullion.
