Its red with a double asterisk **, which is common notation for a footnote. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, the footnote reads thusly:

(**) The asterisks denotes that the price displayed is not for this exact coin. Rather it is for a similar coin with a different designation or attribution. For example, a variety coin value marked with an asterisk is for the same coin without variety attribution, and the variety is not reflected in the NumisMedia FMV. Similarly, for a cameo coin's value marked with an asterisk, the price shown is for a proof coin without the cameo designation. For a coin with a plus or plus star grade, the price shown is for a coin with the base grade.

A good example is the 2000-P Sacagawea Goodacre Presentation. NGC prices it at $20, which is the base cost for it. They dont recognize the Goodacre Presentation designation. PCGS lists the coin at $700.

They also dont price VAMs. I have a 1880/79-CC GSA REV 78. The red price is for the 1880-CC REV 78.
