Quick question about an anacs designation?

Hello.

 

I am looking for info on two different designations on two different coins:

 

#1: Is on a 3cent coin, but it says "CN3C" next to the date.

 

#2: Is on a 2 cent coin and says "Recolored" (This may be obvious, but )

 

Just curious what both of these designations mean. Thanks.

#2: Cleaned and re-colored to whatever color it is today
