I have two coins I want to crossover, and three that are raw and need graded. If I put the crossovers on one invoice and the raw coins on another invoice and ship them together in the same package, will my coupon for 5 free submissions still work?

The coupon can only be used for one invoice. Since crossovers and raw coins need to be submitted on two invoices, you would not be able to use the coupon for both of these.
