Old orders no longer visible?

Hello.

 

I can no longer see old orders in the Grading and Submission -> Order Status page since I renewed my account.

 

Last time I submitted coins was in 2010-02 and also some submissions in 2009. Are orders removed after som time or why can I no longer see the orders?

I am not sure but I think they only stay up there for 6 months after they receive the submission.

The first seven numbers on your coin slab (s) is your submission / invoice number,

 

If you type it in the search box on your submissions page, it will show your entire submission....hope this helps.
