I sure as heck tried, and failed utterly. But I considered this a very weak sale for the material I am seeking.

Tampa has a number of interesting offerings.

I've posted this in the new acquisition thread. Picked this '87 VAM 5 for my Top 100 set (after NGC attribution). It also will go into "Poor Man's Insanity" as an upgrade from my MS66. Got this 34 minutes into Friday's auction, so it became a long, tempting weekend. I watched a few others but held my hands away from the mouse to avoid going into hock.

Eight bids, three underbider, but ZERO wins. It really does not make me feel better when all I do is make others pay more. I thought I would at least win one or two Busties.

I tracked several lots of gold coinage but prices were high and I found a coin that I wanted online from a dealer that was a much better coin for less money then Heritage's bids with juice.
