Can 5 free submissions include regrade?

I just renewed my subscrption to NGC/Collectors Society ( I'm getting to be an old-timer around here). I have my coupon for 5 earlybird submissions and I have a question...

 

Several of my Walkers are in old fat holders and I've also been VERY selective in my building of my set over the years and a few are very PQ for the grade..my question is whether I may use the coupon for regrade services or to have the coins get a + or a higher grade?

Jackson,

 

You may use your coupon for five ReGrades at the Early Bird tier (coins valued at $3,000 or less). You must submit all five coins at the same time.
