I am wondering how to tell the difference between a matte gilt and a brilliant gilt 1$ rooster? I recently bought 2 graded ( NGC ) roosters. One was identified as a brilliant in the title and the other had no such designation. I tried to enter the untitled coin in my set as a matte. It registered as a brilliant. How can I tell by sight when I see a matte gilt Rooster?
