How or where can I buy the boxes for oversized holders??

I bought a NGC graded silver kilo coin that came shipped in this really nifty "Deluxe Literature Mailer" box with tab locks. Also came with perfectly snug and fit styrofoam around the holder, plus a top and bottom layer of more styrofoam. THe whole package was perfect and I'd like to buy more for my other kilo coins. How can I get these??? Thanks.
