I need some help in placeing a slab

 

I need some help placeing a slab in a slot, after three day's drroping notes to NGC, I have not received no help or a reply from them. It is a important item that need placeing but a reply would have nice. I have a first day ceremony lincoln cent that i have been trying to place with no luck, can any one out there help me in placeing this coin i it place if there is one. Thank's for your help. 2009 Lincoln Ceremony cents can be placed in sets for the following: Lincoln Cents Mint State 1909 - Date or the 1959 - Date. If I'm not mistaken the release ceremony designation should not affect the placement in a slot for date and mint.
