Can anyone help?

 

I have some coins that I think are error coins but I am not sure who to turn to verify that they are indeed error coins.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't have a lot of experience with error coins, but I did have a coin one time that I had a question about. I emailed NGC's customer service and explained what I had and they emailed back with some information about it. You may give that a shot. Another option would be to see if you can find an email address for Fred Weinberg. I'm not sure if he has a public email address, but if you send a picture of it to him, he would be the best authority on error coins.
