submitting proof set

I would like to know exactly the process of submitting 1959 proof set

can I send them in their original plastic holders?

do they have to go in a multi coin holder or can they be put in singles?

if so will they be specific on the holder that they came out of a sms set

or not?

and last question the form is lined item per coin sent in holder correct?

Thank you for your question.

 

You may submit the proof set in its original plastic holder. The coins will be put in individual holders unless you specify that you want a multi-coin holder. The holders will not say that the coins came out of a proof set. And you are correct, the submission form would have one coin per line.
