And God Bless the 343 who gave their lives on September 11, 2001 so others may live on.

 

I am very happy to say that I have been able to add 5 more commemoratives to my slowing growing collection.

 

1993 1991-1995 WWII 50c MS69

1993 James Madison Bill of Rights 50c MS69

1995 Civil war 50c MS70

 

I have been going after the 50c comms more then the $1 lately and I have about 10 more to go to finish that collection. I should have that done in about a years time. I think it's a great way for younger kids to get into collecting because, except for a few, the PF/MS69 grades can be purchased for under $30.

 

The $1 comms that I picked up are:

 

2002 West Point MS70

2004 Lewis and Clark MS70

 

And as a firefighter for over 25 years I would also like to add this link http://nyfd.com/9_11_wtc.html to the names and faces of the 343 firefighters of the FDNY who died this day September 11, 2001.
