No 'AW' Walker question

Could you tell me which service I need to use to have the no 'AW' included on the cert for my MS65 1936 Walker? Would this coin need to be sent in for regrading or would a designation review be sufficient?

NGC recognizes only the 1945 NO "AW" (Mint State) and the 1941 NO "AW" (Proof). Unfortunately the 1936 is not eligible for this attribution.
