PCGS Barber dime holders question

I find it interesting that I have a PCGS graded barber dime without the Series and Coin called out on it. A quick search of other coins of this type for sale show many PCGS holders that also do not have the Series and Coin # called out on the holder. Why is this?

 

Attached is a dime I own.

They didn't start putting the series and coin numbers on the slabs until late November or early December 1998 and they stopped putting them on the slabs in Nov 2005. The seral number and barcode style of this one tells me it is a post 2005 slab. I could narrow it down even further if Teletrade hadn't put their big sticker over the hologram.
