My paid NGC CS subscription

Hi John - I was wondering if there is an automatic notification that will come to me about the expiration of my paid subscription to the NGC CS? Also, upon this year's enrollment, will I receive a benefits package as I did last year with my original enrollment?

Hi Hoot,

Yes. You will receive an automatic notification about the expiration of your paid subscription and upon renewal you will receive a benefits package. We are currently working on an automated renewal system. You should expect to get your notification via email unless your email is not valid, then you would receive the notification by mail.
