Sacagawea Dollar Question

I have a PCGS MS67 Goodacre Presentation Sacagawea dollar. PCGS lists this coin, in my registry, for $700. When i added it to my NGC Registry it was given a value of $18.75. Why the BIG difference? MS67 population is low and very few are graded higher. Heck, only 5000 of these dolls were made. Any thoughts?

NGC does not recognize the Goodacre coins as a separate issue, so your coin was assigned the regular score for that date/mint.
