Big price difference between NGC Graded Sacagawea and PCGS graded.

I have a question for you pros out there. I have a PCGS MS67 Goodacre Presentation Sacagawea dollar. PCGS lists this coin, in my registry, for $700. When i added it to my NGC Registry it was given a value of $18.75. Why the BIG difference? MS67 population is low and very few are graded higher. Heck, only 5000 of these dolls were made. Any thoughts?
