If they can't figure it out at NGC..

 

From my previous posting on this Russian Imperial 1916 5 Kopek you know that NGC returned it with every excuse you have never heard of with what amounted to a no grade cause we just don't know. PCGS has graders that can tell the difference and returned this coin as GENUINE - RIMS FILED. This is a hard to find rare coin and I thought I was sending it to the best, most experienced graders when I sent it into NGC for grading. I am still sending Russian coins into NGC because all of my collection is NGC except this one coin. Wonder if they would cross it if I sent it in?
