Harry Truman 1st inauguration medal

Has anyone ever seen/heard of such a thing ? I'm trying to figure out it's rarity and value.

It isn't the official inaugural medal, but is stock medal #132 First term (discontinued) of the U.S. Mint Presidential Series, designed by John Sinnock, the designer of the Roosevelt dime.

Here is the official 1949 Harry Truman inaugural medal in bronze. (This is the only official Truman piece.) The mintage was 7,500 in bronze, 9 in silver and 3 in gold. The bronze medal is common enough overall, but many pieces have toned to unattractive colors because the wrapping paper in which they were issued. The value retail falls in the $200 to $300 category for a nicely preserved example.
