they are from,missouri,michigan,new jersy,indiana,and georgia

I believe these were 1st day of issue during the bicentennial april 1976 and a novelty collectable... some people tried to collect one from every state others every post office within their state some just got one from their hometown.. unless you find the right collector you would have done far better putting the 2.00 in the bank and using the stamp to mail a bill. Unless the postmark is of historical interest there is little demand
