What happened with the score changes on 5/25/10?

Just wondering, what happened on 5/25/10 that changed the score values? It appears that starred coins lost a fair amount of value.

They (NGC) screwed around with the points again (second time in 1-1/2 years) as they were adding for the "plus" points. Guess they don't care much for the collector of NGC Star coins keeping they're invested coin values.

Sorry, I was incorrect when I said it was the second time in 1-1/2 years.

 

IT'S TWICE IN LESS THAN 1 YEAR!

 

The prior changes with the Star points came in June 2009.
