2010 Lincoln Double Die Cent

I wonder if it even exists......

 

I recently purchased a 2010 Lincoln DDO cent that has been graded by ANACS. I've never purchased anything graded by ANACS before and I'm left wondering if it was a mistake. I have spend quite a bit of time trying to find the doubling on the obverse of the coin and I could not find it. Even using a 30x magnification jewelers loupe! Before now, I simply could not imagine one of the top 3 grading services certifying something like doubling and it not being there. I will admit that I do not have a trained eye in the specialty of looking for very minor doubling, however I would have hoped that it would have been noticeable somewhere, especially under 30x magnification.
