NGC Details Grading

Let me ask you this..Say a Trade Dolllar is sent in with a Chop Mark. It comes back graded AU Details-Chopmarked. My question is this..Can the coin have other problems not noted on the holder besides chop marked? I guess I am asking if only the most notable problem is noted on the slab label?

In some instances there can be multiple problems included on the grading labels, but typically the most obvious is provided alone. For example, many coins labeled as IMPROPERLY CLEANED also have artificial toning to disguise the cleaning, but this is not mentioned due to the overriding importance of the cleaning.
