TG,

 

It's possible the coins had no contrast or only partial contrast and did not qualify for cameo. It is also possible they were not labeled cameo or ultra cameo in error. If you have a doubt send them back to us for appearance review and state your concern. I can't really help you with values but generally non cameo's would bring less than cameo's, but perhaps not in all cases.
