Will someone else please report this coin?

I have already reported this coin once and had it taken off Ebay. Now it is with another seller and is again listed as a 1823 CBH "Broken 3" variety which it is NOT. A O-101 is the "Broken 3" variety NOT O-107. This coin is not nearly as valuable as the O-101 and should not be sold as such. Thanks!
