Submission Status

I am new to NGC and have a question regarding status of my submissions. Why do you have to be a paid-up member of the collector's society to have the ability to look at your coin submission status? This seems to be a penal regulation to me.

At this point we offer the convenience of our online submission tracking system only to authorized NGC dealers or paid members of the Collectors Society.

 

However, anyone is welcome to call NGC directly at 1.800.642.2646 and speak with a customer service representative to track the progress of a submission.
