Does anyone at NCS ever answer questions on these forums?

I have written several messages and sent several emails about an error in my coins submitted to NCS for conservation and grading.

 

I have never received a reply.

 

I have had over 300 coins conserved by NCS and graded by NGC.

 

I am starting to believe that NCS and NGC will not be in business much longer, as there is no company that can continue to exist with the -poor customer service that you provide.

 

IS ANYONE THERE, OFF THE DOPE, and ALIVE????????????????
