NGC/NCS ORDER IS INCORRECT

Hello,

 

I have sent an email message with no reply so I am trying here.

 

I have an order in and one of the coins is identified incorrectly.

 

The details are as follows:

 

 

Coins for NCS Invoice Number 5192741

LineItem Year Mint Mark Variety/Pedigree Denom. NCS Grade NCS Comments NGC Invoice Number NGC Grade NGC Comments

001 1987 PATTERN CHINA MONGOLIAN AUTONOMY YUAN

002 1988 PATTERN CHINA PEOPLE'S BANK ANNIVERSARY YUAN

003 1988 CHINA PEOPLE'S BANK ANNIVERSARY YUAN

004 1994 CHINA PANDA G100Y

005 1991 CHINA WOMEN'S WORLD CUP G100Y

 

 

Coin #2 is a 1988 "KWANGSI", not a "Peoples Bank".

 

Please tell me how NCS can mess up every order of mine. If you cannot identify the coin correctly, can you correctly grade them?
