I was wondering if you can answer my question?

 

Does NCS accept submissions directly from the public?

 

 

NCS accepts submissions from members of its authorized dealer network, active Collectors’ Society members and active members of the American Numismatic Association.

 

What is a active Collectors’ Society member ? Is it a paid member?

 

What about the unpaid members? How do they submit coins to NCS?

NCS will accept submissions from active members of the Collector Society, members of the American Numismatic Association, as well as member dealers of the NCS Dealer Network. An active member of the Collector Society would be a paid member. Unpaid members do not have the ability to submit coins to NCS.
