PVC

I have a 1939 S Arkansas MS 65 which came back from CAC with a sticker on it that noted PVC. After looking at it with a 10X loupe i can see it. What does the NGC guarantee cover? Can i send it in for an appearance review and what happens after that?

Thank you

Carolyn

Yes, Appearance Review would be the correct step. Our evaluator will examine the coin and, if conservation is necessary, it will be forwarded to NCS to have the work done. There is no charge for this service, but you will need to include the cost of returning the coin to you by registered, insured mail. Alternately, you may also ask that it be delivered to a show where NGC will have a table for in-person pick up.
