Chopmarks do lessen the overall value of Trade dollars in comparison to what the coin would bring without them. NGC will grade a Trade dollar with chopmarks using our Details Grade holder, noting the chopmark(s), with the coin receiving an adjectival grade, so long as the coin is genuine.
