The coin looks dipped out and/or cleaned. The luster alone would max this coin out at AU50. You would likely get an AU details grade if submitted to one of the major services.

After looking at your other Morgans, I'm thinking that you are having a lighting issue which is taking your luster away, hence the dull look. With these looking this dull, it's hard to see the condition of this coin properly enough to grade. Sorry.

It looks UNC details with a typical weak New Orleans strike, but is the coin severely cleaned? Or is the luster wiped out by diffused lighting?
