Trying to get better pictures...the coin has great luster but it's not coming through..your thoughts please?

Typical weak O-mint strike, looks MS63.

Maybe it's a combination of the photo and my poor vision, but it looks like there is some rim damage on the reverse between 1 & 3 o'clock. I can't tell if it would be severe enough to limit it to details grading or not. Otherwise, it looks 62/63.

I kicked it up a couple because of it being an "O" mint as they can be very tough to grade not in hand

never thought about the O mint and its strike, surface and lustre issues------ TOTALLY CORRECT!!
