"Upside Down coins in NGC slabs?

2 posts in this topic

I noticed that NGC slabs the 2009 cents face down to show the "commemorative" reverse. I don't like it, but I understand it. My question is, why would they slab a new 2010 cent face down? This is a regular issue and should be face up as normal. I've never had a problem flipping over a slab to see the reverse....it's easy.

Do you think they would consider re-holdering my "upside down" coins to be face up like they should be?

You are certainly welcome to request your coins be positioned with the traditional obverse face forward. You can do this via a reholder request or in the initial submission by noting your desire on the invoice itself.
