Submission Received?

So I sent my first official submission containing 5 coins to NGC. According to USPS Delivery Confirmation, it was successfully delivered in Sarasota FL on Jan 28th.

 

I used Early Bird service.

 

However, even today, when I check submission status in Collectors Society, I see:

 

"No order history found."

 

Does it usually take a while before the order shows up as received on the website?

 

I am starting to get nervous.

Normally, submissions are entered into the system on the day they are received. Occasionally, there may be a delay in the entry of some submissions. Delays may occur due to high volume or if there is an issue regarding the submission that requires contact with the customer before we can enter it.

 

I can see that your submission has already been received, processed and shipped back to you on 2/11/10.
