Apparently "Order Tracking" is down.

I couldnt run a certifcation number and got a message that "the webmaster would be notified". This has happened on other holidays. I dont know if the website goes down or there are too many people trying to access it. On other holidays I have not been able to access the order tracking.

I guess it depends on the function you are trying to access.I never tried order tracking. I tried to check certification of an NGC coin and got the message that there was a problem and the web master would be notified.

 

Just tried again and now the message I get is " the certification database is currently unreachable".
