NCS Challenge (FUN 2010)

This inquiry is actually directed to David Camire.

 

I received one of the "NCS Challenge" certificates at the NGC Luncheon at FUN.

 

I am considering submitting a Morgan $ that is currently in a PCGS holder, but prior to that, it was body-bagged by NGC for "Altered Surfaces". Is this okay?

 

If so, I assume that I should leave it in the PCGS holder rather than crack it out. Right?

 

Do I need to submit a complete explanation along with the submission, or should I wait to include the details in the survey?

 

Finally, regarding the survey, the information sheet accompanying the certificate states it will be sent via e-mail. Since my e-mail account is inactive, is it possible for NCS to send me a hard copy via USPS?
