... I'm still not sure if I'm a big fan of the design, its kind of plain and boring...

Ok, ok! Yeah, the Franklin is much plainer. When I say the Seated Liberty is plain and boring, I'm comparing it to the Capped Bust halves, or Walkers. In trying to decide where to collect next, I want an exciting and interesting set - not another plain one. ;)

Yeah, from back when I was trying to put together a half dollar year set in AU...finally got it done (minus the 1796 and 1797), but had to dip to XF for several years and even VF for a couple,

 

Edit to add that I don't have the small eagle reverses.
