Do you think this large cent would certfied?

This 1831 large cent has a neat die clash on both the obverse and reverse. The obverse looks good with Hair Cords showing strong. The reverse has 2 white corrision marks which I'm assuming that either of the top three grading services will not grade because of those marks. I grade it as a VF-30 or maybe a EF-40. Whats your opions?

I don't see the reverse, to be able to comment on the marks you mentioned. However, the obverse appears to be environmentally damaged, and based on that, I don't think the coin would grade.

8 Seems harsh even netted out. VF Net F 12? Maybe I am totally off?
