That's the "Holy Sack of Rice" coin............sorry, I mean "Holy Sacrifice" coin. It is used on an obscure island in the South Pacific called Bahturaht (pronounced Bat-a-rat).

 

On the obverse (heads) are the four native women shielding the human sacrifice with an umbrella. On the reverse (tails) are two club-wielding executioners. The coin is flipped into the air. If it lands on heads, the sacrifice is cancelled because there will be a bountiful crop from the paddies. If it lands on tails....................well, at least there will be tenderized meat on the table.
