Need help finding Silver Bars - odd size

I need to find 4 pieces of Silver that are 3/16 x 1 1/2 x 3 1/2 inch

Where would be the best place to find this?

The size can be a bit bigger

I was hoping to find some made or a place to do this.

I know there's a seller on eBay that makes custom graphite moulds. They didn't seem to0 expensive to me (maybe $30-$40). Of course you'd need a small furnace too if you didn't already have one. Those are about $500.

 

The jeweler idea might be viable if you already had the bullion to use.
