Can Proof coins be submitted in "World Modern"

In the Collector World Pricing the description for "World Modern" stats that all Regular issue coins struck after 1970 can be submitted. Does this include proofs as well, or only MS coins?

Hello Ms. West,

 

As long as the coins are dated 1970 to present and valued at $1000 or less per coin, you can submit them on the World Modern Grading tier. It does not matter if they are MS or PL.
