10+ coin submission

Is their a discount for 10 or more coin submissions at one time, say for economy submissions? Is it better to send a crossover coin in raw(broken out of the holder) rather than in the holder?

There's no discount on the Economy tier, regardless of the number of coins submitted. A minimum of five coins per submission is required for this tier.

 

Crossover coins should be sent in their holders, as you'll still have a holdered coin, even if NGC won't cross it. If you're concerned that NGC won't agree with the grade, you may specify a lesser grade at which to cross, and you may also instruct NGC to cross at "any" grade. Otherwise, the existing holdered grade will be considered the minimum for crossing.
